Basic Tour – Václav Adit

Tour of the historically most important gold mine in the Czech lands. The tour lasts just under three hours.

Entry to the mine with pets or while under the influence of alcohol, narcotic or psychotropic substances is strictly prohibited.

The minimum age for entry is 6 years.

Tours are conducted for groups of 16 to 24 people. The minimum group size is 16 paying adults.

The basic tour lasts approximately 2.5–3 hours. Visitors must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start.

Throwing any objects into the lower sections of the mine is strictly prohibited.

Entry and movement within the mine are permitted only while wearing a safety helmet and headlamp, which we provide. Visitors must wear their own warm outdoor clothing with long sleeves and full-length trousers, as well as sturdy outdoor footwear.

The tour is not recommended for people with claustrophobia or limited mobility. The route is approximately 4 km long and leads through relatively demanding terrain.

For safety reasons, when walking on the elevated walkways, the tour is not recommended for persons weighing more than 110 kg.

The person booking the tour is responsible for informing all members of the group about these restrictions and the nature of the tour route.
