The via ferrata is accessible from the age of 15, and theminimum required height is about 160 cm.

- Thevia ferrata tour lasts approximately 3 hours. Visitors must arrive atleast 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
- Itis strictly forbidden to throw any objects into the lower parts of themine.
- Entryto and movement within the mine is permitted only with a safety helmet,headlamp, climbing harness and via ferrata lanyard with energy absorber.This equipment is provided and included in the ticket price. Visitors mustwear their own warm outdoor clothing with long sleeves and long trousers,sturdy outdoor footwear, and their own work gloves.
- Thetour is not recommended for people with claustrophobia, fear of heights ordepths, or for people with reduced mobility.
- Forsafety reasons, when walking on the footbridges, the tour is notrecommended for persons weighing more than 110 kg.
- Theperson ordering the tour is responsible for informing all members of thegroup about these restrictions and about the nature of the tour route.
